Northern Heat is looking for head and assistant coaches who bring a positive and encouraging energy to the court and are skilled at teaching fundamentals to all skill levels. Please inquire below!
HEAD COACH
Responsibilities

Plan practices
-
Communicate with parents (tournament schedules, practice updates, questions / concerns)

Attend and lead practices

Attend playdates / tournaments

​Provide thoughtful coaching during practice and play
Pay and Benefits
-
$4,800 paid in 6 monthly installments
-
​Hotel and per diem provided for out of town tournament
-
2 practices or 1 playdate sick time covered
-
Up to $175 reimbursed for Northern Heat swag

Up to $50 reimbursed for team bonding / team gifts
ASSISTANT COACH
Responsibilities

Attend practices

Attend playdates / tournaments

​Provide thoughtful coaching during practice and play
Pay and Benefits

$3,000 paid in 6 monthly installments

2 practices or 1 playdate sick time covered
