HEAD COACH
Responsibilities

Plan practices

Communicate with parents (tournament schedules, practice updates, questions / concerns)

Attend and lead practices

Attend playdates / tournaments

Provide thoughtful coaching during practice and play
Pay and Benefits

$4,800 paid in 6 monthly installments

Travel expenses covered for out of town tournament

2 practices or 1 tournament sick time covered
-
Up to $150 reimbursed for Northern Heat swag

Up to $50 reimbursed for team bonding / team gifts
ASSISTANT COACH
Responsibilities

Attend practices

Attend playdates / tournaments

Provide thoughtful coaching during practice and play

$3,000 paid in 6 monthly installments

Travel expenses covered for out of town tournament

2 practices or 1 tournament sick time covered
